Quality Education For Women
We are a group of young female leaders who find the availability of quality education for young females with potential very inspiring. We are passionate about knowledge, speaking up and discussing the external and internal issues a female might face on the way to becoming a leader.
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
We are female students of LCC International University in Klaipeda, Lithuania. Our university is very unique and one of a kind in the region - it aims at providing people with education necessary to work towards overall improvement of the situation in their native countries. Since we had the possibility to study here, we feel morally obligated to try and extend that possibility to as many female leaders as possible, for women are still highly misrepresented in leadership positions in Eastern Europe.

HOW WE HELP
Lean In Scholarship - One Woman at a Time
Inspired by Sheryl Sandberg's movement "Lean In" we are working towards creating a platform that financially aids female leaders in the region. More specifically, we aim at gathering donations that add up to 25 000€ in order to create endowment fund for a scholarship that would exist as long as our university does. We have launched an online fundraising campaign, host local fund raising events, and are looking for potential sponsors.
